Enamel-surfaced whiteboards are significantly smoother than lacquered steel whiteboards (the standard whiteboards we all know from the store). Enamel is also known as ceramic steel and combines the stability of steel and the impenetrability of ceramics. This makes the enamel boards extremely durable and resistant to staining or scratching and particularly suitable for long-term and intensive use.
