Refund policy

Moneyback / Refunds / Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that any product is delivered damaged or you ordered the incorrect item, we will gladly replace it, with an undamaged or the correct item, at our cost or refund you in full. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery for the moneyback guarantee or refund to apply. To qualify for a full refund, the damaged product must be in its original packaging, and we do reserve the right to apply a 10% handling fee where packaging is damaged by the customer or to charge the customer in full for out-of-town or other courier charges that apply.

We always want satisfied customers, so if you purchased the incorrect item by mistake, or have changed your mind about your requirements, please speak to us. We will do our very best to collect your product and swap it out at no cost to you for something more suitable. Please note that returns may be subject (at our discretion) to a 10% handling fee, but we hate to apply this and will do our best not to impose any fees or charges.

In the event that the customer elects to change an undamaged item for any reason, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to charge the customer for any courier or transport charges necessary to ship the product to the customer.

So, yes! We do accept returns of goods purchased incorrectly, such as where a customer orders the incorrect size or type of product, but the customer may still be liable at our discretion for any transport cost incurred to collect the product and deliver a replacement. 

International customers should make use of a courier that offers:

1. Shipment tracking.

2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this take place we will advise you to collect your products from our offices in Randburg.
